T minus was created to connect job seekers and employers with Founder Terra in the employment process. The focus for Terra was quick communication and connections to hiring resources.

Overall, the design stayed simple and intentional while the complexity lied on the backend. From database design to a working dashboard for Terra to parse through the numerous resumes received.
